• Payments are processed securely through approved third-party payment providers.

• Orders may be delivered in separate shipments if purchased from multiple sellers.

4. Selling on Tellashop.uk

• Sellers must provide accurate product descriptions, prices, and policies.

• Sellers are responsible for fulfilling orders, shipping items, and handling returns/refunds.

• Sellers must comply with applicable laws, including consumer protection and product safety.

• Tellashop.uk may charge commission fees on sales, disclosed during vendor onboarding.

• Failure to meet quality, delivery, or policy requirements may result in account suspension.

5. Shipping & Returns

• Each seller sets their own shipping methods, rates, and timelines.

• Return/refund policies are determined by individual sellers and displayed on product pages.

• Buyers should review the seller’s policies before placing an order.

• In case of disputes, Tellashop.uk may step in to mediate.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations.

• Post misleading, offensive, or harmful content.

• Infringe intellectual property rights.

• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform.

• Circumvent fees or payment processes.

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.

7. Fees & Payments

• Buyers are responsible for paying the total order amount, including product price, shipping, and applicable taxes.

• Sellers agree to pay platform fees/commissions as outlined in their vendor agreement.

• Payments to sellers are released after successful order completion (minus applicable fees).

8. Intellectual Property

• The Tellashop.uk name, logo, and site design are owned by us.

• Vendors retain ownership of their content but grant Tellashop.uk a license to display, promote, and distribute it on the platform.

• Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Tellashop.uk is a platform provider and is not responsible for products, warranties, or disputes between buyers and sellers.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tellashop.uk shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tellashop.uk, its staff, and partners from any claims, losses, or damages arising from:
