Welcome to Tellashop.uk. Since we are a multivendor marketplace, each seller manages their own shipping and return policies. Please review the information below before placing an order.


Shipping Information

1. How shipping works

  • Each seller on Tellashop.uk handles the packing, shipping, and delivery of their products.

  • If you order from multiple sellers, your items may arrive in separate packages.

2. Shipping costs

  • Shipping rates are set by each seller.

  • Costs and delivery options (e.g., standard, express) will be displayed on the product page or during checkout.

3. Delivery times

  • Estimated delivery times vary depending on the seller’s location, shipping method, and your delivery address.

  • Delivery estimates will be shown at checkout.

  • Please note that delays caused by couriers or customs (for international orders) are outside the seller’s control.

4. Tracking orders

  • If a seller provides a tracking number, you can find it under My Account > Orders.

  • Some orders may not include tracking (depending on shipping method).


Returns & Refunds

1. General policy

  • Returns and refunds are managed directly by the seller.

  • Each seller’s policy may differ, so please check the product page for specific return conditions before purchasing.

2. Common return conditions

  • Items must usually be unused, in original packaging, and returned within a set timeframe (e.g., 14–30 days).

  • Certain items may not be eligible for return (e.g., personal care items, perishable goods, or customized products).

3. How to request a return

  • Go to My Account > Orders and select the item you wish to return.

  • Follow the return request process and wait for the seller’s instructions.

  • Once approved, you’ll receive the seller’s return address and any additional details.

4. Refund process

  • Refunds are issued once the seller confirms they’ve received and inspected the returned item.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (minus any applicable shipping/handling fees).

5. Disputes

If you encounter issues with a return or refund, you can open a dispute ticket with Tellashop.uk. Our support team will review the case and mediate between you and the seller.


Important Notes

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the seller is at fault (e.g., wrong item, damaged product).

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated by the seller.

  • Tellashop.uk is not responsible for lost or delayed packages but will assist in disputes when necessary.
