For Buyers

1. How do I create an account?

Simply click on the Sign Up button at the top right corner of the homepage. Fill in your details and verify your email to start shopping.

2. Do I need an account to shop?

Yes, an account is required to place an order so you can track your purchases and receive support if needed.

3. How do I place an order?

  • Browse products by category or search directly.

  • Add items to your cart.

  • Proceed to checkout and complete payment securely.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment gateways. (You can customize this list as per your setup.)

5. Can I order from multiple sellers at once?

Yes! You can add products from different sellers to your cart. Each seller will fulfill their part of your order separately.

6. How do I track my order?

Go to My Account > Orders to see real-time updates and tracking details (if provided by the seller).

7. What is the return/refund policy?

Returns and refunds depend on the individual seller’s policy. Please review the seller’s policy on the product page before purchase. If there’s an issue, you can also open a support ticket with us.


For Sellers

1. How do I become a seller?

Click on Sell with Us and complete the vendor registration form. Once approved, you can start listing products.

2. Are there any fees for selling on Tellashop.uk?

We charge a small commission on each sale. Details about fees and payouts are shared during vendor onboarding.

3. How do I list my products?

From your vendor dashboard, go to Products > Add New. You can upload images, set prices, and write descriptions easily.

4. How do I get paid?

Payments are released to vendors after successful order completion (minus commission fees). Payouts are processed via bank transfer or PayPal.

5. Can I manage shipping myself?

Yes. Vendors are responsible for handling shipping, delivery times, and any returns. You can set shipping rates in your dashboard.

6. What if a buyer requests a refund?

Refunds are managed according to your shop’s policy. However, Tellashop.uk may step in if there’s a dispute.
